The presenter did a good job with his pace, tone of voice, explanations of the slides. There were several places where information was contradictory with other sections proceeding it. Mostly, this applies to general topics describing rules or laws, then in more than one additional place, describing exceptions to LTC holders. Possibly, these can be simplified to reduce confusion. It was a good overall course. Thanks. read less
